Undertaking Love by Megan Montgomery [book tour]

Bethany switched her career and bought 51 per cent of the mortuary company. George is her co-owner, it is the family business and he is very much not happy with having to share it. They keep butting heads, but slowly and surely she keeps digging at his defences until he realizes that there is something there between them. I couldn't put the book down. It is strange and hot but also deals with some deeper emotions.  It's the kind of story you can't put down once you start it. Love the dynamic between the MC, the hate/love relationship was done perfectly. There is a whole lot of chemistry between them. rating❤❤❤❤ cover❤❤❤❤ book info series Last Responders Romance #2 genre romance, enemies to lovers, spicy, adult published April 1, 2023 number of pages 407 Goodreads || Amazon follow the tour here giveaway a Rafflecopter giveaway about the author Megan Montgomery writes romance. It was such a good month. It finally feels like spring over here. It seemed like overnight everything turned green and there are flowers blooming everywhere. There is something in the air, the smell of a fresh start. Just looking outside it's making me feel good. Sunshine was often chased by the afternoon rains. There is nothing quite like reading, when there is a storm brewing outside. :)  I've read 15 books this month. Last month I started a Percy Jackson re-read and it's still going strong. I've read through Percy Jackson and the Olympians' book and finished the Kane Chronicles. I also peppered in a few romance books, but my heart is with Percy this month. :) Next up is the series Heroes of Olympus series, which I also love, but the first book is not my favorite-I'm not a Jason fan. Here are the books I've read this month:  The Titan's Curse by Rick Riordan The Battle of the Labyrinth by Rick Riordan The Last Olympian by Rick Riordan The Red Pyramid b

Chasing Dreams on a Sunshine Island by Georgina Troy

Jax is a special character, he still lives with his parents, likes waking barefoot on the beach, no matter how cold it is and has the biggest heart. Still recovering from a broken heart he accepts an invitation to a Christmas party. There he bumps into Phoebe. When there is a snowstorm, Phoebe and Jax have to work together to transport the people. And the more time they spend together, the closer they get. It's a standalone book in the series, but I felt like it would be nice to read in order, so I would get to know all of the characters.  It is set on an island, in a small town in the winter. The romance developed slooowly, but worth the wait. It's a quick read, but worth the time. rating❤❤❤ cover❤❤❤❤ book info genre romance, contemporary, adult published April 17, 2023 number of pages 314 Goodreads || Amazon about the author Georgina Troy writes bestselling uplifting romantic escapes and sets her novels on the island of Jersey, where she was born and has lived for most of her

Odin's Betrayal by Donovan Cook

Jarl Sven was forced to leave his young son behind, after a failed raid on the Frankish coast. Torkel was taken as a hostage and if Sven ever raided again, he would die. Now Torkel has a young son, Charles. They live in a small town in East Francia. Torkel is every bit as dangerous as his father, but Charles is quite the opposite. One night they are ambushed in their home. Torkel sacrifices himself so that Charles can run away. He tells him to go back to Denmark and find his grandfather. But Charles is afraid and seeks protection in town. That is when he realises just how things have changed, but then it's almost too late to escape. His path to the north is anything but straightforward. And when he finally arrives, what he finds is far from expected. It's a treat to read a historical novel, where the historical setting and facts are part of the story and we discover it through the character's eyes, throughout the story, and not all piled in a huge infodump. The story has a
