This one is a bit different but in a good way. Charlie
wants to say I Love You to Nick, but can't seem to find a good moment. Meanwhile, his mental health keeps getting worse, to the point that he needs more help than he can get at home. 
Nick is consumed with worry. He worries about coming out to his dad, but mostly he worries about Charlie. He sees him getting worse and worse, to the point that he doesn't spend much time at school. 
They both have to come to terms that they can't be everything for each other and find a balance between love and everything else.
