Make Believe Proposal by Vivi Holt

Image
Roland is a billionaire businessman and a single father of two little girls. June is a live-in nanny. They have been working together for a long time and have become good friends. Her ex-boyfriend announced a proposal a very short time after their breakup and she is devastated. To help her save face, Roland proposes to her, in front of the ex and his kids. The proposal even though is fake, opened the door to a lot of feelings that they both kept hidden. But dating a boss is a tricky thing, especially when the kids are involved. I like the story a lot, but I wish that the characters had more chemistry. ❤ ❤ ❤ book info Published November 28, 2023 GoodReads Amazon happy reading, anie

The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang

Stella loves numbers math and economics. But she has a hard time understanding people. She has Asperger's, so dealing with people is not easy for her.  Her mother is pressuring her to get married. But she doesn't have all that much experience in the dating department, so she decides to hire an escort, to practice all that she has to know to have a successful dating experience. Michael does the escorting once a week to help pay for his mother's medical bills. Her offer is too good to refuse. But being with her, makes him feel things too. The more time they spend together, the more it feels not like working but like being in love. It is a very steamy story of an unlikely match, that fits perfectly together.  It was very eye-opening to experience the world from Stella's perspective... Highly recommend it! rating❤❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ cover❤❤❤❤ ❤ Goodreads || Amazon happy reading, anie

Solange is finishing her job in the DC and doesn't expect to get an offer to continue her work. She also doesn't want to get tied down by anyone. She is a part of the wedding party, she helps her cousins who are working in it and hears the bride talking to someone who isn't the groom about love and it convinces her that she needs to do something, so she stops the wedding. Chaos ensues and she is sure that she won't see either of them again. But then she gets an offer, to pretend to be Dean's girlfriend for a few weeks, so he can take out potential clients and get ahead in his law firm. The more fake relationship progresses, the more their real-life feeling arise. There is somethin
