One night, one bite, and everything are different. Her life could not change more. Where before all she cared about was having fun, now she is being hunted. Finding out that there are werewolves is hard enough on itself, without the added pressure.

It's a fast-paced, intense story with lots of twists and turns. Jemma is a very interesting character. She stands up for what she believes, she is confident and full of spunk. :)

For some reason, I had a hard time getting into the story, especially in the first half.

Freya just lost her business, her car broke down and is being evicted. As her life crumbles around her, she realises nothing is holding her at Blossomwood.  So she goes to the French countryside. Her estranged uncle died a year ago and his house which should have already been sold is still on the market. The real estate agent that should be the best is no help. With her parents always on the road, she takes it upon herself to clean up the place and sees to the sale.  As she explores the town, she meets all of the wonderful people living there and falls in love with the town and the town mechanic. It's a lovely story, so full of French vibes that it makes you want to move to Provence. There is romance, but the best part was the growth that Freya went through and the small-town vibes.
