Obsidian by Jennifer L. Armentrout

There is something about this book, that keeps pulling me back in. It's not perfect by any means, it's very similar to Twilight, it's a little bit predictable, the characters can be frustrating, but... but there is something to it. :) Every time I pick it up, I get sucking into the worlds of Kat and Deamon.

I love the banter, the world, the aliens with superpowers, the tension between them. The whole will finally get together or kill each other, it's addicting. :)

Kat moved to a small town in West Virginia with her mother, three years after her father dies. Her mom decides that they need a fresh start. She encourages Katy to try to make it work. She meets her new best friend very soon, and her impossible twin brother sooner. :) But there are weird things going on, that can't be explained.

The truth is even weirder than she expected and it brings with a whole another set of problems.

It's addicting, it's the kind of story you have to read in one sitting. :) It just pulls you in and doesn't let go till the last page... <3
