Poison in the Pills by August Raine

review
In the Poison in the Pills, we follow Jack. He is part of a clinical trial to help find a cure for the new disease that seems to take over the world. The Itch is a horrible disease that wants people to scratch of their own skin, after being affected. Many are dead and suffering and scientist are looking for a cure.

He had concerns from the start, but his pleas were ignored. And when he uncovers a secret, the race start. He has to use all his wits and some questioning methods to uncover the truth.

The story is intense, it's a thriller in every sense. :) The were so many twists and turns it's hard to predict what will happen next. And the events are extra scary & intense, because of the state of the world that we are now in. While I like the storyline, I found myself glancing over some parts.
