Ruthless Pride by Naima Simone

 review

I liked the idea behind the storyline, the icy guy who wants to restore his family's reputation, after what his father did and who seems unreachable, falls in love with the journalist who wants to did deeper, into what actually happened with his father and what is going on now.

Featuring one of my favorite tropes, enemies to lovers. But the execution was not there. The start was promising, but it didn't pull me in, and was left mostly confused by the end.

While I like back and forth between the characters and the attraction that was instant between them, I didn't connect with the romance or them.
