I loved reading the book so much. It's so addicting. You just can't stop, once you start, it's un-put-down-able. :)
Gwyneth lives in The settlements. It was taken over in The Great War by northerners. The Royal Family is very mysterious and source of many gossips. Now the Royals are organizing The Peagent. The picked girl from all over the Settlements. They will compete and the winner gets a proposal from prince Dallas, The Dark Prince. Gwyn just wants to survive the competition, but with each move, she makes, she bumps into the prince and more time she spends with him, the more she started to get to know him and like him.
It's a thrilling story and I can't wait to read the next one. :)
