Book Magic #1

Books are magical. (and not just the one about witches (😃) 

Think back, every turning point in my life has a book attached to it, a book that fueled the change, or was a companion in difficult times, or the stories that came along the way.



The first book that comes to mind is Harry Potter. Before I read books here and there, but I wasn't an avid reader. One night I saw a trailer for the first Harry movie and was hooked. My dad bought me the first three books and I was insta-love. 💚😃 I devoured them. It was the first time I have fallen in love with a book, first time I was totally pulled into the bookish world. I remember re-reading the books over and over until the next one came out. And then re-reading them all over again. I haven't stopped reading ever since. I've read many stories ever since and fall in love with few, but still remember that first magical moment, when I was so engrossed in the story, that the rest of the world melted away.


I'm a believer. Something magical happens once you fall in love with reading. You discover the whole new world, hidden behind the covers, world where words can transport you to magical places, make you cry or LOL. Where words can save you or inspire you. You just have to find the right book.

Luna is driving in a snowy wonderland, with a car that wasn't made for mountain driving, to discover who left the generous inheritance, when she runs out of flue close to her destination, she is saved by a knight in shining armour.  I was hooked right from the start and couldn't put it down! Danni hopes to have a fresh start when she moves. She needs to get over a guy she loves because he is engaged to her best friend. That didn't last long when they decided to come along and work with her in the same hospital. She needs to figure out what is more important to her, friendship or the growing attraction. I like the storyline and the backdrop of the hospital made it all that more exciting. But for some reason, I just couldn't get into the story.
