 Aliza lost entire family in horrible car accident. 3 years later she is still not even close to being OK. When she gets fired, she decides to move to the beach. Maybe to have a new start. But feeling like that don't just go away so fast. She meets Chase but is reluctant to let herself feel anything.

 I couldn't get into book, it didn't grab me or pulled me in. I didn't care for any of the characters... There was to much angst for me like it, I think. Maybe it would be good fit, for someone who likes in depth emotional journey within the story.

Freya just lost her business, her car broke down and is being evicted. As her life crumbles around her, she realises nothing is holding her at Blossomwood.  So she goes to the French countryside. Her estranged uncle died a year ago and his house which should have already been sold is still on the market. The real estate agent that should be the best is no help. With her parents always on the road, she takes it upon herself to clean up the place and sees to the sale.  As she explores the town, she meets all of the wonderful people living there and falls in love with the town and the town mechanic. It's a lovely story, so full of French vibes that it makes you want to move to Provence. There is romance, but the best part was the growth that Freya went through and the small-town vibes.
