April Favorites

April was just one of those months. I felt like I was on a rollercoaster with reading. There were days where I barely looked up from books followed by days not reading at all. It's not the best... I prefer it when I can read a bit every day (otherwise I get very cranky. :))

I finally read Alien Minds. After waiting for it and being totally hyped, it exceeded my expectations.
I just love it so much. 💚 There are space tech and lots of science stuff and action and mystery and the sweetest romance...sooo good. :) Can't wait to read the next one. :) highly recommend it!

I saw few people of twitter talking about how good Jenn Bennett, so I decided to give it try. I'm a big fan of light contemporary (especially if there is a lil' bit of cheesiness :)), so it seems like the perfect book for me. And it was. I loved reading every page of Starry Eyes, it blew off all of my expectations. The writing is great and the story is so well written. You feel like you are in the story while reading it...

So, I'm a big fan of Christina Bauer (especially Angelbound - love it!), so I was very excited when I got Wolves and Roses. I haven't heard of it, but the synopsis sounded intriguing, so I gave it a go. And I LOVED it. There are lots of paranormal things intertwined with witty dialogs and so much awesomeness. :)

I finished the 3rd book in The Order of the Senary - Vermilion Lies. (I've been very good with sticking to the series this year... yay me :D). It's one of those series that get better with each book and I can't wait for another one.

Evening the Score is one of those books that it's just fun to read. It's easy, light and very entertaining. It's one of those stories I didn't expect to love, but was totally pulled in and LOL many times throughout. :)

What was the best book you read last month?

Happy reading,
Anie
