OMG, I love this book. :) It is scary AF. It is post-apocalyptic story, but unlike many other similar book, you get to witness apocalypse, as it is happening. It start with virus spreading over country, a lot of people getting sick, with flu like symptoms and it end with almost all of the people dying. The ones that survive, either crazy or start to develop new abilities. 

 What it is so scary, it's that it could really happen, like tomorrow. Symptoms, spreading, people reacting, this is how people would really react. Just amazing. :)

 We read from 2 perspectives, 2 best friends on opposite sites of country trying to reach each other, writing e-mail to each other.

 I just love it. I could not put the book down, till the end. One of the best post-apocalyptic stories I have ever read. :)

Heroes are finally all together. They didn't have the best start, the peace with the Roman camp they were hoping for is long gone and they are planning on going after them.  They are on a ship, made by Leo, trying to come to the ancient land, but of course, it never goes smoothly for the heroes. Annabeth has a quest of her own to complete, she has to follow the Mark of Athena and find the statue that was lost for centuries. This one is a bit different but in a good way. Charlie wants to say I Love You to Nick, but can't seem to find a good moment. Meanwhile, his mental health keeps getting worse, to the point that he needs more help than he can get at home.  Nick is consumed with worry.
